If your having any questions about your service or devices, your questions will be answered by one of our experts, and if necessary, our experienced technicians will come to your office and find the best solution possible. If you’re in need of new devices or parts, our customer support team is there to help you every step of the way.

He or she is extremely knowledgeable of our services and offerings, and they act as your main point of contact  to Heart. Based upon your needs, he or she can inform you of what Heart services could be beneficial for you. Once there is a tentative plan, you’ll meet with your account manager and other relevant Heart employees, such as managers, consultants, or technicians, to find the perfect fit for your needs, give an estimated quote, and answer additional questions. If things need to be set up, programmed, or if your employees need training on the equipment, our software engineers are there to walk you through the steps easily and at a pace that works for you.  If we cannot provide your company with what you need, we’ll give suggestions of whom to contact.
