Our Not-So-NORMAL Day at Twin Cities Showcase

Thank you The Center for Prevention of Abuse for sharing this image!

On May 12, Heart Technologies joined with dozens of other McLean County Chamber members for a fun-filled expo. This was a great opportunity for us to meet with the community and share what we do. While our closest facility is in Peoria, just 40 minutes down the road, we are able to quickly and easily work with clients in Bloomington, Normal, and beyond!

Our booth was set up in a corner of Illinois State University’s Bone Student Center ballroom. This allowed for a little extra space to spread out, which was a wonderful change that improved our Great HEART Give voting station. We had awesome traffic coming to our booth! Because our booth was also a voting station for Great HEART Give, many people from the community came to the expo to showcase their support for their favorite finalist. Our Normal-local nonprofits were especially active at this showcase, bringing in employees, volunteers, those who benefit from the organizations, and more to encourage community members to make their votes heard. What a treat it was to see the community show such enthusiasm!

Conveniently, we were placed across from some delicious food sponsors, which was a delicious treat! This location gave us an opportunity to get the community voting while waiting in line for the food vendor of choice. You can see a great view of where we were at from this video, posted by McLean County Chamber. Fast forward to 1:02 to get a view of our booth!

We also were humbled by the friendliness and inviting nature of the visitors to our booth. Everyone who visited was excited to be there and learn more about Heart. We were so glad to be able to connect with so many genuine personalities. This expo was a great way to end our weeks of trade show visiting! Thank you to all who took time out of their day to visit with us.
