Please do not phone or send email requesting appraisals on your barberiana items. Classified Ads I will run a 30-word ad for you in my on-line catalog for just $2 each catalog. Condition of Items There is no misrepresentation of items. Items in this catalog are in "good" condition unless otherwise noted. Significant defects will be mentioned. Note: On electrical appliances, I do not guarantee that they will run. I do not plug them in. Condition refers to the appearance of these items only. Keep in mind that old things are going to show normal amounts of wear, rust, etc. commensurate with their age and / or purpose. Confidentiality Buyers and sellers will be kept strictly confidential. Consignment I will sell your barberiana surplus, collections or estate on a commission basis. Please send email for terms. Damaged Items If you receive something damaged in transit, DO NOT return the item to me for credit. You must take the box immediately to the United States Post Office, with all packing (as intact as possible) and show them the parcel. You then fill out a claim for the damaged goods and they will keep the item while the claim is being processed. I will help with this by vouching for value, etc. of the damaged goods.. Ordering and Availability To place an order, you may either phone or send email to barber@heart.net with the following information: Your name, street address, and emailAll orders are filled in the order I receive them. Phone orders will receive immediate confirmation. However, due to my schedule it is often difficult to reach me on the phone. Email buyers will receive notification of any items that are not available and the amount due, including postage. Please keep in mind that I cannot know all the laws and regulations governing materials and items perceived to be "weapons" around the world, so it is your responsibility to self-police your purchases to make sure you are compliant with the law. However, I do know that I cannot ship items containing ivory outside of the US, so International bidders please refrain from bidding on these items. Payment Domestic US orders: Your check, money order, or bank check is welcome. Please make checks payable to: Phillip Krumholz, Box 4050, Bartonville, IL 61607 USA. International orders: You may pay by cash if you take the risk. "International" checks or checks drawn on American banks and payable in US dollars will be accepted.
