Lance Lelm - President & CEO Lance Lelm has over twenty-two years in the telecommunications industry. Lance's experience began as a Technician; installing customer electronics systems. Over the years, he has served in roles as Project Manager and Chief Operations Officer. His direct experience continues to build much of the Heart infrastructure and service levels our customers rely upon. Mr. Lelm's passion lies in building strong values of community service into his company. This can be seen in his Great Heart Give Campaign which awards more than $10,000 to local non-profit organizations. Lance and his wife, Michele, have two children and are actively involved with their children in athletic, school and church activities. |

Engaging over thirty years of accounting and finance experience, Al Dix serves as Heart’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dix directs all accounting, finance, and human resources functions within Heart Technologies, Inc. and manages a team of highly dedicated professionals that keep our records accurate, in compliance and “at the ready” to serve your organization's needs.

Jim Bainter - Service Manager Jim Bainter, our Service Manager, has over thirty years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has been involved in every facet of this industry including design, engineering, cabling, termination, installation and project management. Mr. Jim Bainter leads Heart's Service areas. His departments manage the customer experience of every facet from installation and maintenance, to emergency response and technical support. |

Tony Briggs - Director of Security Tony Briggs brings nearly 15 years in the electrical / telecommunications industry to Heart Technologies. Tony started with Heart as an installation technician, and quickly developed his career through system engineering, project management, and now leads a team of highly skilled, quality technicians as our Director of Security. Having served in numerous roles from design conception to project completion, Tony uses his knowledge to take care of the customer. To quote Tony directly... "I work with some of the best people in the business; the greatest satisfaction comes when we partner with a customer who gets to experience that too."

Terry Ballantini - Strategic Sales Manager Terry Ballantini leads our business development and strategy teams at Heart Technologies. With over 22 years of experience in the telephony and communication industry, his mission at Heart is to direct our endeavors in the best manner to meet our clients' needs. Previously, Mr. Ballantini headed one of the first communication companies in Indiana to leverage the power of bundled telecom services. A leader in the non-profit world, Mr. Ballantini helped create the nonprofit organizations Cares for Kids, Inc. and Fishers Arts Council, Inc. He has served on the boards of Gleaners Food Bank and "Kids First" Adoption Foundation. |
