2012 will bring significant change to City of Peoria operations. Similar to what most private businesses have already done, the city will begin implementing the City Managers plan to bring our organization in line with our revenues.  We will focus on providing core services to the best of our ability.  Mayor Ardis believes the Peoria community will be interested in exploring additional areas of "PPP" as we tweak our new organizational structure.  Ardis looks forward to the opportunity to address important issues Peoria faces.
